Famak machines for deburring, edge rounding, satin finishing, polishing and oxide removal on sheet metal and metal parts.

Famak metal machines cover polishing, deburring, satin finishing, edge rounding, oxide removal and sanding. Most of our production consists of special surface finishes that combine sanding stations with brush units.
The sanding belt is the most common process; abrasives from P36 to P600 grit are used. Brush units are usually the final station, removing micro-burrs and scratches for a smoother surface. The brush type (silicone, wool, fibre, steel wire or composite) is chosen according to the metal being processed.

T-GRINDER
The grit is chosen according to the metal: finer grits for soft alloys, coarser grits for steel. Famak machines use abrasives from P36 to P600.
Metals that produce combustible dust, such as aluminium and titanium, require a wet system because of the fire risk. For stainless steel and ferrous metals, a dry system with dust extraction is usually preferred.
Yes. Machines that combine sanding and brush/disc units, such as the 1350 R.D.D.W. and DYZ 300 R.D., deburr and round edges in a single pass.
