About the machine
The 1350 R.D.D.W. performs sanding, deburring and edge rounding of metal parts in one machine. Motorised thickness adjustment with 0.05 mm precision and PLC-controlled independent unit engagement let it adapt quickly to different parts.
The 2,620 mm sanding belt provides better cooling, prevents metal dust from sticking to the belt and extends belt life. More sanding and fewer changes keep downtime to a minimum.
Photocell-controlled electronic oscillation gives maximum uniformity across the belt and reduces the risk of tearing. A pneumatic system keeps the conveyor belt centred and tensioned at all times without operator intervention, and the graphic operator panel shows errors and faults instantly.
